Private Personal Training (One-on-one)
Individual training personalized to your goals and needs.
Group Training (2-4 people)
Don't want to train by yourself? You can meet a workout partner at the studio or bring a friend. These groups consist of 2-4 people. Get the same great workout in a different way.
These training sessions work all muscle groups, cardiovascular endurance, as well as balance, core, and flexibility. For best results it is recommended that one participate in 3 sessions a week or more. Come on in have some fun and get ripped!
